Looking at the nubers of the the big companies and to imagine the huge amount of rent costs I realized that any corporation is just a group of individs who consolidated their assets. If everyone whould have rented a working place or an office it would not be expensive at all.  this thought led me to idea that all the companies are the artificial units created by people in order to achieve their goals with smaller costs. In order to solve the organisational problems.

mentality in countries.

The mentality of people from "young countries" like America or Australia is easy to understand. Millions of emigrants can get that and comply. It is more difficult to understand the spirit of countries with long history and rich cultural background. To understand USA is like to understand a child, to understand Germany is like to understand a mature person. And second is much more difficult...
And yes, it is impossible to feel the country for real without knowing the language...

about Fridays

I am always afaid to work in the company where i will wait for Friday.
I think it is terrible doing 5 days a week the activity you do not like and trying to do forget that the next 2 days. It is  not the right way to live. I am used to always loving whatever I do. Even my jobs. I did like EY even I had to work so long, Yes, at some point I stopped likeing it because I got to know enough to become bored.
And now, when I am looking for a new job it is much more important for me than money to like what I do and to enjoy life all 7 days a week

What our professors are telling us - that it is really very good for the company to be consistent in the things it is doing. And at my exam I wrote that consistensy is one of the key success factors, got an A and was very happy.
But if I am thinking about the topic I am not sure in that at all. If everything around is changing your consistency is not that good.
If you want to be have a consistant success you probably do not need to be consistent in your actions. Maybe even flexibility is better to some extent. If you want to have a sustainably high level of customer service, for example,you need to change your operations all the time in order to satisfy new requirements.

friendship

Is it possible that after some events you just stop liking a person completely? For example, you have a friend and then she does something and after that day she becomes an animy. No way back. For example, she started to date with your ex. Or used the things you said to her against you. And usually this person does not even realise what she has done. Or realise and think that you are so stupid that have not even noticed anything. She continues to behave like she is your friend. But you know that this person is consideres you as a source of benefits, base for comparison, competitior, whatever...But not a friend....
But well, the event is happened. Now you know the situation. And you are trying to avoid this person as much as possible. If she already does the things like that who cares if she understands the reason of your ignorance or not.

a couple of thoughts about trust

              I was surprised that the majority of people consider trust only like something positive. They can't even assume that trust can be not that positive sometimes.

              What about a friend who is trusting you too much and telling you all the details of her last affair? Sometimes you do not want to listen to the person who is trusting you because it becomes too much. You understand that she will never listen to you and does not really care about your opinion. She just uses you because she cant keep her emotions to herself. And what can you do?

              Or  a man who fell in love with you when you were about to break up. And what are you supposed to do when he tells you: I love you and please do not hurt me. You can't break up because now you feel responsible for him. At least not immediately after those words. Yes, you respect his feelings, but does he respect yours?

              Or any person who is getting to comfortable and abuses your relationships. A roommate who goes out of the shower naked? Is not it the sign of trust when people do not afraid you their imperfections?

              What is positive about that additional responsibility you never wanted?
